Who builds, fixes and runs the buildings

Property managers come from the City’s RentSafeTO registry, as landlords report them. Builders and contractors are the companies named on City building permits, which only name one on permits filed since 2017 - so most older buildings have no builder listed. No open dataset names developers; the few here were researched by hand, with a source cited for each. A company’s rating is the average of every resident review at its buildings.
